Terms of Service
The Artist (Tedoshi) provides the Buyer with a digital art piece in PNG format.
Payment
- The Buyer shall make the payment upfront via PayPal, or bank transfer upon request.
- All prices are in Euro (€).
- The Artist does not offer refunds once work on the commission has begun.
Personal use policy
- The Buyer may use the commissioned artwork for personal and non-commercial use only. Commissions for commercial use incur an extra base price cost.
- The Buyer may freely post the commissioned artwork online, as long as proper credit is in place.
- The Artist does not accept any NFT work. The commissioned artwork may NOT be used for such purposes.
- The Artist retains all rights to the artwork and may use it across all his social media.
Final agreement
- The Artist retains the right to decline any request.
- By commissioning the Artist, the Buyer agrees to all of the aforementioned terms of service.
Commission Process
1. Send me your request - either contact me by Email or via DM on Twitter. 2. I will get back to you as soon as possible and once we discuss the details and the payment is complete, I will start working on the piece.3. Estimated working time for illustrations is around 1-2 months. If you need an illustration finished before a certain date please let me know beforehand!4. I will send you a sketch (or more than one, depending on the piece). This is where you can ask for changes to be made without charge.5. Once the sketch gets approved, I will start painting and rendering the artwork. I will also send you updates, to make sure everything is looking according to plan!6. Finally, I'll deliver the finished image in high resolution! :)
